What I’ve done as I switch to Keychain is keep 1Password installed but turn off the auto fill in the password settings of iOS (and quit the app in macOS). This way, it’s there if I need it but doesn’t run or prompt. I have about 6 months on my subscription, so I’ll cancel it in a few months when I know there is no longer a need for the backup.
