I’m thinking my workflow will be to remove people who don’t open or reply to door emails in a row. That seems like a reasonable amount of time.

On Medium, there’s no reason to worry about the inactive accounts since that’s more an issue with Medium than with me. The only difference is u have no real idea how many of my 100k+ followers are active and how many are not.
