I can’t attach an image, but when I’m on a published metered story and hit the “…” menu button, “Copy Friend Link” is about 2/3 of the way down the menu. When I'm in the editor for a published metered story and hit the "..." menu button, then hit "More Settings," "Copy Friend Link" is about 2/3 of the way down the page under the Promotion heading.
